As Department Manager – Science and Animal Studies, you’ll lead a high-performing team of educators and professionals, overseeing course delivery, compliance, innovation, and student outcomes. You’ll be at the forefront of educational leadership - mentoring staff, building partnerships, and ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge and aligned with industry standards.
As a people-first leader, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. You’ll mentor and empower a diverse team of educators and professional staff, ensuring they have the tools, support, and development opportunities to thrive. This is a full-time ongoing opportunity, and the role is classified at EM3 $138,673 as per current MEA plus 12% superannuation.
